YOUR INFORMATION, HANDLED WITH CARE

Accessible Travel worksheet privacy notice

Last updated: October 12, 2026

What this policy covers

This notice explains how Nifty Ducks Travel and Ed Munz handle information shared through the optional Accessible Travel preferences worksheet. Read it alongside the Nifty Ducks Travel website privacy policy, which covers general website activity, analytics, advertising, and inquiries. The short contact form has its own contact form privacy notice.

You choose what to share

Every worksheet field is optional. Share practical preferences that help Ed plan your trip. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Please leave out medical records, medication lists, passport numbers, payment details, and passwords. Only share another traveler’s personal details with their permission; a parent or guardian should handle details for a child.

Before you send your worksheet

The worksheet runs in your browser. Its code does not send answers to a website server or save them in a website database. You can review, edit, copy, download, or print your answers. Opening an email draft does not send it: you send it yourself from your email app. Your browser or email app may retain drafts or restore form entries, and downloaded or printed copies remain under your control.

After you email Ed

Ed will use the information you choose to share to discuss, research, and plan your travel. He will save it as a PDF attached to your FORA client profile. This is a manual step after Ed receives your email; the website does not upload a PDF to FORA automatically. Your original message may also remain in email records.

Who can access stored information

Ed will not publish your worksheet or make it available to other clients. FORA and the services used to store or deliver your information have their own access controls and privacy practices. PDF format alone does not guarantee that a file cannot be searched or accessed by authorized platform personnel. Ed cannot currently promise that a FORA attachment is excluded from platform search or accessible only to him.

Supplier communication

Ed will ask your permission before sharing worksheet details with travel suppliers and will share only the details agreed for the purpose discussed. Leaving the supplier-permission question blank does not authorize sharing. You can ask Ed to keep a topic private or discuss it directly. Disclosures required by law may still apply.

Your choices and requests

Email Ed to request a copy, correct your answers, change supplier-sharing permissions, or ask for deletion. Ed will explain what can be changed or removed and any records that must be retained for booking, business, or legal requirements. Changing permissions cannot undo information already shared with your agreement. You can also start with a conversation instead of a worksheet.

Hosting and other services

The worksheet code does not add advertising trackers or use browser storage for your answers. Website hosting, sign-in, email, and linked services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, under their own policies. Sending ordinary email is not the same as submitting information through a secure client portal. If you prefer another way to share, contact Ed before sending sensitive details.

Contact and updates

For questions about this policy or your worksheet, contact Ed at ed@niftyduckstravel.com. This policy may be updated when the worksheet or information-handling process changes.

Read FORA’s privacy policy and, where applicable, its UK/EEA privacy policy. The hosting provider’s privacy policy also applies to its services.
